'Fathom' Goes Beyond Size in Understanding Today's Biggest Issues

In a traditional context, fathom is used as a unit of measurement that's equivalent to 6 feet and is especially used to measure the depth of water. The exhibition Fathom, as curated by Leo Abaya, 20 artists go beyond its meaning to identify that monumental is defined by more than just the size. In the exhibition, we can find various works that are both historical and personal. Nodding to ideas and moments in art history, 20 artists come together to investigate personal experiences and understand its place in a social context. Fathom takes micro experiences to a macro meaning with respect to its sources and roots.
